What Personal Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Scorecard Responses

When you complete the Impact Founder Fundability Diagnostic, we collect your responses to the scorecard questions. These are used solely to calculate your score and generate your personalised results.

Name and Email Address

When you request your results, we ask for your first name and email address so we can send your personalised report and relevant follow-up resources.

Purchase and Payment Information

If you purchase the Fundability System or a Strategy Session, your payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive confirmation of your purchase (email address, name, and product purchased) from Stripe in order to fulfil your order.

How We Use Your Data

  • To calculate and deliver your personalised fundability score and recommendations
  • To send your results, resources, and follow-up communications by email
  • To fulfil your purchase and provide access to products or sessions you have bought
  • To segment and personalise communications based on your score and interests
  • To improve our products and the diagnostic experience

Third-Party Services

Email — Resend and Kit (ConvertKit)

We use Resend to send transactional emails (your results, purchase confirmation, and onboarding sequence). We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our email list, tag subscribers based on their score, and send educational follow-up content. Both services process your email address and name on our behalf as data processors.

Payments — Stripe

All payments are handled by Stripe, which operates independently of our systems. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they collect and process payment data. You can view it at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Analytics and Cookies

This site may use lightweight analytics tools to understand visitor behaviour in aggregate. No personally identifiable data is collected through analytics. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain your email address and associated scorecard data for as long as you remain an active subscriber or customer. If you request deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain records (e.g. financial records relating to purchases).

Your Rights Under UK GDPR

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure — request that we delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to how we process your data
  • Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a commonly used format
  • Withdraw consent to email marketing at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Requesting Access or Deletion

To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete your record, please email us at hello@julianhall.co.uk with the subject line "Data Request" or "Data Deletion". We will respond within 30 days.
